Industry
Fitness content that motivates without over-claiming.
Supplements, equipment and studios all sell the same thing: belief that this time it will stick. We shoot that honestly — and inside the advertising rules that this category gets policed on hardest.
Fitness is the category where the gap between what converts and what is allowed is narrowest. Good content lives in that gap without crossing it.
What we produce
Form and use demos
Clear, correct technique shot from angles that teach. Bad form in a brand video costs credibility with the people who know.
Routine and ritual
Scoop, shake, timing, taste reaction. The everyday moment that makes a repeat purchase feel normal.
Class atmosphere
Energy, crowd, instructor personality. People join a room and a person far more than a workout.
Member stories
Real members, honest timelines, specific changes. Far more persuasive than a stock transformation.
Coach explainers
Short answers to real questions. Builds authority and doubles as long-tail search content.
Advertising rules this category gets caught by
Supplements and fitness services in India are covered by the ASCI code and, for anything ingestible, by FSSAI labelling and claim rules. Platforms add their own policy: Meta restricts ads that imply negative self-perception, show unrealistic body transformation, or promise specific weight-loss outcomes.
- No specific weight-loss promises — 'lose 10kg in 30 days' will be rejected and is not defensible
- Avoid before-and-after imagery that shames the 'before'; show capability gained rather than a body corrected
- Keep disclaimers legible and on screen long enough to read, not flashed for two frames
- Do not imply a supplement treats or prevents a medical condition
- Show qualified people demonstrating exercises, and caption any movement that needs supervision

Frequently asked questions
Can we show transformation results at all?
Yes, with care. Keep the timeline honest and visible, include the context of what else changed such as training and diet, and avoid framing that mocks the starting point. We also deliver an alternate capability-led cut, so your media buyer has creative that will clear review if the transformation version does not.
Do you use real members or actors?
Real members wherever possible — they are more credible and cheaper. We help you recruit them, get written consent covering ads, and direct them so the footage is usable. Actors make sense only for scripted scenarios or when privacy is a concern.
How do you film in a busy gym?
Early morning or between peak hours, with signage and consent for anyone who may appear in frame. We work with a small crew and available light where possible, so the room still behaves like a gym rather than a film set.
What about supplement label and claim compliance?
We script against your approved claim list and put your legal or regulatory reviewer in the approval loop before the shoot, not after the edit. That single sequencing change is what prevents expensive reshoots in this category.
