Service

Customer proof, filmed so it sounds like a person.

Most testimonial videos are unwatchable because the customer was handed a script. We run them as interviews, edit for the sentences that carry weight, and deliver a long version for sales and short cuts for social.

3–6customers filmed in one day

1measurable outcome per story

A customer saying one specific, slightly awkward true thing will out-sell a beautifully lit customer reciting your tagline.

The craft in a testimonial is not the camera. It is the interview: asking questions that produce complete, usable sentences, and having the patience to let someone circle a point until they say it in their own words. That is what we direct for.

The structure we film for

  1. 1

    The before

What was actually going wrong, described concretely. Specific frustration is what makes a viewer recognise themselves.

  2. 2

    The decision

What they considered, what made them hesitate, and what tipped it. This section handles objections better than any sales page.

  3. 3

    The experience

What working with you was really like, including a small honest wrinkle. Perfect stories read as paid.

  4. 4

    The result

One number or one concrete change. Vague praise is forgettable; a measurable outcome gets quoted back to you.

  5. 5

    The recommendation

Who they would tell to buy it, and why — the line that becomes your ad.

How we produce them

Most efficient

Batch day

Three to six customers filmed back to back at one location, often around an event or a customer visit. The cheapest way to build a library.

Most natural

On their site

Filmed where the customer actually uses the product. Slower, but the b-roll makes the story concrete.

Most scalable

Remote-directed

We direct the interview over a call while recording locally at high quality. Works across cities and countries.

Most complete

Full case study

Interview plus b-roll, data visualisation and a written case study document for your sales team.

What you receive per customer

  • A 60–90 second hero film for your website and sales deck
  • A 30-second and 15-second cut for paid social
  • Two or three vertical quote clips with captions for Reels and LinkedIn
  • Stills pulled from the footage for decks, emails and the case study page
  • The full transcript, so your team can quote it in writing

Frequently asked questions

Our customers are camera-shy. Will this work?

Usually yes, and it is mostly a directing problem. We send the themes in advance but never the exact questions, film in a familiar space, and spend the first ten minutes in conversation before anything is used. Nervous people settle once they realise we will cut the false starts.

Should we pay customers to appear?

We advise against paying for opinions, because it changes what people say and has to be disclosed in many markets. Covering travel, offering product credit, or giving the customer co-marketing value — a case study page linking to them — is both fairer and more effective.

How many testimonials do we need?

Three to five is enough to cover your main buyer types, and more useful than fifteen that all say the same thing. Map them to segments — different industries, different objections, different company sizes — rather than collecting volume.

Can you film the interview remotely?

Yes. We direct over a video call while the participant records locally in high quality, which keeps the footage far better than a compressed call recording. It works well for international customers and busy executives.

What if the customer says something unusable?

That is normal and it is why we interview rather than script. We cover each theme several ways, so the edit has options. If a story genuinely will not hold together, we tell you rather than shipping a weak film.
