UGC ads that look native and still sell.
User-generated-style video built for paid social: real faces, real hooks, and enough variations to actually test. We cast the creators, write the hooks and ship a batch every month.
Polished brand films build trust. UGC-style video sells on a cold audience. Most brands need both, and they are not the same production job.
A UGC ad has to feel like something a real customer filmed, survive being watched on mute at arm's length, and make its point inside three seconds. That means casting for credibility instead of polish, writing for the hook instead of the story arc, and producing in volume so the media buyer has something to test.
What you get
Creator casting
We cast and brief creators who match your actual customer, not a generic model. You approve every creator before the shoot.
Hook-first scripts
Each concept ships with three to five opening hooks, so the same core ad can be tested against different angles and objections.
Batch production
We shoot several concepts in one block, which is what brings the per-asset cost down and keeps a monthly pipeline realistic.
Platform-ready cut-downs
Every ad is delivered in 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1 with burned-in captions and a clean version without text for your own overlays.
Types of UGC we produce
Talking-head testimonial
A creator explaining the problem and how the product solved it. The workhorse format for cold traffic.
Unboxing and first use
Hands, packaging, texture, the first application. Answers the questions your product page cannot.
Problem / solution skit
A short scene that names the frustration your product removes, then shows the fix.
Before and after
Structured progress content with honest framing and the disclaimers your category needs.
Founder-to-camera
You, explaining why the product exists. Cheap to shoot and often the highest-performing ad a young brand has.
Review-style walkthrough
A calmer, more factual read of the product, built for Amazon video and product-page embeds.
How a UGC batch runs
- 1
Angle workshop
We pull your reviews, support tickets and ad comments, and turn the repeated objections into ad angles worth testing.
- 2
Casting and briefing
You approve creators and scripts. Every creator gets a shot list, not just a caption brief, so the footage is usable.
- 3
Batch shoot
Concepts are filmed together, in studio or at the creator's home, depending on how native the ad needs to feel.
- 4
Edit and variant build
Each concept becomes multiple hooks, ratios and caption treatments, delivered in a folder your buyer can run from.
How many ads do you actually need?
Enough that your media buyer can kill losers without running out of creative. As a rough planning number, a brand spending steadily on Meta wants new creative every week or two, because the same ad shown to the same audience decays.
| Monthly ad spend | New concepts / month | Total variations | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Under ₹1 lakh | 2–3 | 8–12 | One batch every other month |
| ₹1–5 lakh | 4–6 | 16–24 | Monthly batch |
| ₹5–15 lakh | 8–10 | 30–40 | Monthly batch plus creator top-ups |
| ₹15 lakh+ | 12+ | 50+ | Fortnightly production cycle |

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between UGC and influencer marketing?
Influencer marketing buys access to someone else's audience — the creator posts to their followers. UGC content creation buys the footage. The creator films for you, you own the asset, and you run it as an ad on your own channels and ad account. UGC is usually the cheaper and more measurable of the two, because you control the targeting and can test many variations.
Do we own the UGC footage?
Yes. Every creator signs a usage agreement before the shoot that covers paid ads, organic posts and your product pages. We confirm the licence term and territory in writing with your quote, so nothing expires on you mid-campaign.
Can you use our existing customers instead of hired creators?
Often the strongest option, and we do it regularly. We help you approach happy customers from your reviews or support inbox, brief them properly, and either film them ourselves or direct them remotely. Real customers cost less and carry more credibility, but they need more direction to produce usable footage.
How long does a UGC batch take?
Two to three weeks from approved brief to delivered files for a standard monthly batch. Casting takes the first week, the shoot and edit take the rest. Rush batches are possible when the creators are already cast from a previous round.
Will UGC ads work for a B2B brand?
Yes, with different casting. Instead of consumers, you are filming practitioners — the operations lead who uses the tool, the founder who switched. The format is the same: a credible person, a specific problem, a plain-spoken result. See our SaaS and B2B content page for how we structure it.
