Industry
Skincare content that survives both the scroll and the ad reviewer.
Beauty is the most content-hungry category in D2C and the most tightly policed. We shoot texture and results that sell, with claims your regulatory reviewer and Meta's ad policy will both accept.
Nobody buys a serum because of the bottle. They buy because they believe it will do something, and belief in this category is built with texture, skin and time.
What beauty buyers need to see
Texture in macro
The slip of a gel, the pull of a balm, the way an oil absorbs. Shot at high frame rate, this is the single most scroll-stopping beauty frame.
Application on real skin
Unretouched, varied skin types, in natural light. Perfect skin in a beauty ad reads as a promise nobody believes.
Ingredient story
Where it comes from, what concentration, and why that matters. The content that justifies a premium price.
Structured before and after
Same angle, same light, same time of day, with the timeline stated honestly on screen.
Where it fits
Step order, layering and frequency. Answers the question that stops people buying a second product.
Founder or formulator
The person who made it explaining the decisions. Cheap to shoot and consistently high-performing.
Claims, compliance and ad approval
Beauty advertising in India sits under the ASCI code, and cosmetics cannot claim to treat a medical condition — that language turns a cosmetic into a drug. Platform policy adds another layer: Meta restricts certain before-and-after presentations and negative body-image framing.
- Write results as experience, not cure — 'skin feels smoother' rather than 'removes acne'
- Keep the trial timeline on screen and honest, and keep the claim substantiation on file
- Avoid split-screen framing that implies a medical outcome, which is a common ad rejection
- State the tested sample size when quoting a consumer-study percentage
- Film in consistent light so a genuine result is not mistaken for a lighting change

| Packshots and lifestyle stills | 20–40 images | Listings, ads, email |
Frequently asked questions
Can you shoot before-and-after content that Meta will approve?
Yes. We shoot them with locked framing and consistent lighting, keep the timeline visible, and avoid the split-screen and close-crop treatments that trigger rejection. We also deliver a softer alternate cut so that if the primary version is rejected, your buyer is not left without creative.
Do we need models with perfect skin?
No — and it usually hurts performance. Beauty audiences are unusually good at spotting retouching, and the ads that convert tend to feature normal, varied skin. We cast for relatability and shoot in light that flatters without erasing texture.
How do you shoot texture properly?
High frame rate for slow motion, a macro lens, hard directional light to build specular highlights, and a lot of takes. Texture shoots are as much about product handling — temperature, freshness, how many times the surface has been touched — as about the camera.
Can you handle a full range launch?
Yes. A range launch is usually one or two studio days covering packshots, texture, application and UGC concepts for every SKU, so the whole line goes live with consistent assets instead of the hero product looking better than the rest.
